Applications and Interviews

By car

From Dublin City Centre, take the route west out of the city towards the N7/Naas Road, following signs for Limerick / Cork / Citywest. Continue along the N7 and take the exit for Citywest / Saggart, then follow signs for Citywest Hotel through the Citywest business campus area. The journey is approximately 15–16 km and typically takes around 17 minutes by car, depending on traffic. Get directions to drive to the IPO Office on Google Maps.

By bus

Citywest Reception Centre is serviced by the following Dublin Bus routes: 77A; W62

On foot

From the front of Trinity College (facing the College) go right, towards Grafton Street. Keeping the wall of Trinity College on your left, walk down Nassau Street. Continue straight down Leinster Street South, Clare Street and Merrion Square North. The street ahead of you is Mount Street Lower.
The International Protection Office (IPO) is situated nearly half way down this street on the left hand side.

By bus

From Dublin City Centre, you can take Dublin Bus Route 4 or Route 7, both of which can be picked up from stops around D’Olier Street or the College Green area, heading in the direction of Merrion Square and Mount Street. The journey takes approximately 5–10 minutes depending on traffic, and there are bus stops situated directly outside the IPO at 79–83 Lower Mount Street, Dublin 2 (D02 ND99), making it very easy to find. By train

Mount Street Lower is serviced by Dublin Area Rapid Transport (DART) and Suburban Rail services to Pearse Street/Westland Row station. After exiting from Pearse Station turn left on Westland Row and walk towards Merrion Square. On reaching Merrion Square turn left and walk down Merrion Square North and continue straight onto Mount Street Lower. For further details on train services please check the IrishRail website. The International Protection Office (IPO) is situated nearly half way down this street on the left hand side.
